Job Title: Customer Experience Manager

National Floors Direct Inc is a leading provider of flooring solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a skilled Call Center Manager to join our team and drive business growth through effective customer engagement.

This role involves managing a team of customer service representatives, handling inbound calls, making outbound calls, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of customer service representatives.
  • Manage customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet customer needs and expectations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in call center management, customer service, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and best practices.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • A positive and can-do attitude.
