Victoria's Secret & Co Customer Experience Manager Role

A dynamic leader is sought after to drive exceptional customer and associate experiences, fueling top-line sales growth. This role reports directly to the Store Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales floor, coaching and developing the team, performance management, and selling to achieve outstanding results.
  • Sustain operational excellence through visual standards, payroll management, and merchandise availability.
Key Requirements:
  • 3+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Demonstrate a passion for the Victoria's Secret brand and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Showcase strong analytical skills, reviewing business reports and taking deliberate action to drive results.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, frequently bend, kneel, and lift.
  • Familiarity with technology, including headsets, mobile devices, and computers.
Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $21.90 - $30.40 per hour, depending on specific skills, experience, and geographic location.
