CompensationWe offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities for bonuses and career advancement. About the RoleThis key position focuses on delivering an exceptional member experience from initial contact through checkout. You'll be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring seamless communication between team members, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked facility. Key responsibilities include:
  • Promoting a positive and engaging member experience
  • Selling memberships and retail products
  • Maintaining a clean and well-stocked facility
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support

Requirements & QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a fitness or wellness setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic sales techniques
