**Job Summary**

Advanced Billing Consultants is seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and deploy local networks at satellite locations.
  • Work with vendors to build and configure new technology solutions as needed.
  • Maintain technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
  • Implement and manage security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls.
  • Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
  • Ensure integrity of data storage and backup systems.
  • Test and review software.
  • Respond to security or usability concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders during major incidents.
  • Assist in root cause analysis and ensure incidents are documented and reviewed for continuous improvement.
  • Manage backup systems, ensuring data integrity and recoverability.

Requirements:

  • High School or Equivalent
  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) are a plus.
