ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As the first point of contact for guests, clients, vendors, and families, your role is vital to the Center's success and its ability to continue serving the community. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who believes in the Center’s Core Values of Collaboration, Integrity, Excellence, and Respect. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive all incoming referrals for new clients and schedule with urgency
  • Answer all incoming phone calls in a friendly and understandable tone. 
  • Check Voicemails regularly.
  • Return calls to schedule intakes within 24 hours of referral submission.
  • Make answering the phone a priority
  • Make appointment scheduling a priority
  • Enter all new client information into the CRM and EHR systems accurately
  • Provide clients and families with current information about community services and resources. Familiarity with the Center’s Resource Database is required 
  • Confidently and with an attitude of hope for healing, explain our programs and services to anyone who inquires 
  • Make appropriate matches from client to clinician based on client preference and clinician areas of specialization and expertise
  • Provide support to the Operations Manager 
  • Administrative duties as assigned to meet the objectives of the position

REQUIREMENTS

  • Warm and inviting personality, excellent oral communication skills
  • A team player with a hopeful attitude
  • Detail-oriented and organized 
  • Driven by goals and able to work independently towards meeting goals 
  • Must meet Key Performance Indicators weekly, monthly, and annually
  • The ability to interact compassionately and professionally with clients in distress
  • Two (2) years or more experience within social work or behavioral healthcare field preferred
  • Two (2) years or more experience of front office work in a healthcare field required
