About the Role

We are seeking a talented Semi Conductor Reliability Assurance Lead to join our team at Tesla. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of reliability guidelines and ensuring the reliability of our semi conductor-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

This is a challenging role that requires a strong technical foundation in semi conductor reliability engineering. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop reliability guidelines, analyze field usage and environmental conditions, and identify root causes and drive resolution for failures originating in testing and in the field.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop reliability guidelines and apply reliability lessons learned to enable continuous improvement.
  • Analyze field usage and environmental conditions to optimize requirement setting and test methods.
  • Identify root causes and drive resolution for failures originating in testing and in the field.
  • Work with manufacturing quality, service engineering, supplier quality, and design teams to ensure the reliability of our products.

Compensation and Benefits: $84,000 - $222,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
