Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled High Voltage Reliability Specialist to join our team at Tesla. This role involves designing reliability into high voltage distribution systems for the Tesla Semi, with a strong focus on materials and high voltage applications.

In this position, you will play a key role in the reliability lifecycle of these products, from concept to design, development, manufacturing, and field operation. Your goal will be to design-in, confirm, and grow exceptional reliability at every stage.

You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to understand emerging designs and architectures. You will identify risks associated with these architectures, create test plans, and provide reliability analyses and suggestions to improve product reliability.

The ideal candidate must have a genuine passion for engineering products that will change the world. They should be self-motivated, able to manage parallel tasks effectively, and remain engaged, proactive, and positive in tough circumstances.
