About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Engineering Program Manager and contribute to the success of our Tesla Semi program. As a key member of our team, you will drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure the successful execution of the Low Voltage Distribution product.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with Semi program milestones.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, driving requirements, decision-making, and tracking deliverables.
  • Coordinate engineering requirements with supply chain teams for effective material planning.
  • Manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams (i.e., engineering, reliability, supply chain, factory, etc.).
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in hardware development for medium to high-volume industries.
  • Familiarity with CAD programs, such as CATIA/3DX.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software, with MS Projects preferred.
  • Leadership experience, including managing a team of Engineers (i.e., SAE team).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • International supplier management experience.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $186,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
