Position: Helpdesk Support Specialist

Overview: Inceed is collaborating with a reputable organization to identify a proficient Helpdesk Support Specialist to enhance their support team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to queries related to software and hardware issues
  • Install software and conduct hardware diagnostics remotely
  • Act as the primary support contact for the service center
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
  • Familiarity with SCCM, ServiceNow, and Active Directory
  • Experience in troubleshooting via phone
  • Strong background in customer service
  • Associate's degree in a computer-related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in a helpdesk capacity
