Position Summary:
We are looking for a Client Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service to students, potential clients, and campus visitors. This is a full-time position that requires availability during weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all relevant Federal, State, accreditation, and institutional regulations and guidelines.
- Greet on-site visitors, ascertain the purpose of their visit, and notify the appropriate staff.
- Manage incoming messages and voicemails, ensuring they are directed to the right personnel.
- Handle incoming calls, identify the needs of callers, and connect them with the relevant departments.
- Take and relay messages or direct calls to voicemail when necessary personnel are unavailable.
- Provide general information about the organization, including directions and contact details.
- Monitor visitor access and issue passes as required.
- Maintain and update appointment schedules.
- Sort and distribute mail, as well as manage publications.
- Assist with fax operations, including sending and receiving documents.
- Process payments for services and products.
- Prepare and print various documents such as memos, reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Perform additional clerical tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work on weekends.
- Maintain a positive demeanor at all times.
- Exhibit a strong customer service orientation.
- Demonstrate effective multitasking abilities.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required; bilingual skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
