Position Overview

The Trust Administration Intern will play a crucial role in supporting Trust Officers and Senior Trust Officers in the management and administration of trusts. This internship is designed to immerse participants in the collaborative and team-oriented environment of the Wealth Management division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Trust Officers in nurturing trust and estate client relationships.
  • Support the management of trust assets and income in alignment with estate planning objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Trust Officers to ensure compliance with applicable statutes and regulations, including KYC and AML standards.

Qualifications
  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics, with a focus on Trust Administration or a related minor.
  • Engagement in extracurricular activities related to Trust Administration or business clubs is preferred.

Skills
  • Foundational knowledge of fiduciary concepts and legal policies relevant to trust administration.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to manage sensitive information discreetly.

Compensation

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is competitive and will be determined based on various factors, including qualifications and experience.
