Position Overview:
The Summer Analyst Program at Rockefeller Capital Management offers a unique and enriching experience within a distinguished independent financial advisory firm. Our boutique size, diverse business lines, and entrepreneurial spirit create a personalized environment for our Analysts.

This ten-week internship program (June-August) immerses Summer Analysts in the daily operations of the firm, fostering opportunities for professional growth and development.

Eligibility Criteria:

Students projected to graduate in 2026 and in good academic standing are encouraged to apply. Candidates should demonstrate a keen interest in the financial services sector and a desire to contribute meaningfully.

Role Description:
The Trust Administration Summer Analyst will assist Trust Officers and Senior Trust Officers in the management and administration of trusts. This role emphasizes a collaborative approach to client service within the Wealth Management division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Trust Officers in managing client relationships related to trusts and estates.
  • Assist in overseeing trust assets and income in alignment with estate planning goals.
  • Collaborate with Trust Officers to ensure compliance with relevant statutes and regulations, including KYC and AML standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics, preferably with a focus on Trust Administration.
  • Involvement in extracurricular activities related to Trust Administration or business organizations.

Skills:

  • Basic understanding of fiduciary principles and legal frameworks pertaining to trust administration.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
  • High integrity and professionalism, with the ability to manage sensitive information discreetly.

Compensation:
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $32/hour, subject to variation based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
