Job Title: Client Services Administrator

Company: Wilmington Trust

Support various facets of trust and entity management for affluent clients within the Global Capital Markets sector. Act as the main liaison for client inquiries and requests. Cultivate client relationships, offer strategic recommendations for business initiatives, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and provide suitable recommendations for internal business initiatives
  • Assist in revenue-generating strategies and oversee client management
  • Develop and sustain client relationships, address concerns, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with service partners and remain informed about industry trends
  • Comply with company policies, controls, and risk management standards
  • Support colleagues and foster an inclusive workplace environment
  • Uphold internal control standards and address audit findings

Required Education and Experience:

A minimum of 4 years of higher education or relevant work experience, including at least 1 year of direct client interaction. A strong emphasis on customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.

Preferred Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting, accompanied by at least 1 year of pertinent work experience. Proficient in software applications, with strong interpersonal skills and analytical capabilities.
