Position Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated and innovative Senior Chemist specializing in Coatings, Primers, and Laminating Adhesives. This role is integral to our dynamic organization and presents a unique opportunity to enhance our Energy Curable (EC) product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and refine EC coatings, primers, and laminating adhesives tailored for Packaging and Graphics applications.
2. Foster innovation in EC technology, identifying new avenues to expand our product range and boost market presence.
3. Implement cutting-edge technologies to elevate the quality, efficiency, and profitability of our EC products.
4. Contribute to the creation of new Intellectual Property opportunities within the EC domain.
5. Collaborate closely with the sales team to grasp customer requirements and translate these into product enhancements or new developments.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards in all tasks.
7. Present insights and recommendations to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related discipline is essential; a Master's degree or Ph.D. is preferred.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a laboratory environment, particularly with EC Coatings, Primers, and Laminating Adhesives.
3. A proven history of successful technology implementation within the EC sector.
4. Demonstrated capability to innovate and drive improvements, focusing on product quality, efficiency, and profitability.
5. Strong comprehension of the sales industry and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams to address customer needs.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
7. Experience in developing new Intellectual Property opportunities is highly advantageous.
8. Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving skills, able to work independently as well as part of a team.
