Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and enhance EC coatings, primers, and laminating adhesives tailored for Packaging and Graphics applications.
  2. Lead innovation initiatives in EC technology, identifying new opportunities to broaden our product range and capture market share.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related discipline is essential; a Master's degree or Ph.D. is preferred.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of laboratory experience, particularly in EC Coatings, Primers, and Laminating Adhesives.
  3. Demonstrated success in implementing new technologies within the EC sector.
  4. Proven ability to innovate and drive improvements, focusing on product quality, efficiency, and profitability.
  5. Strong grasp of the sales industry and the capability to collaborate with sales teams to address customer needs.
  6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
  7. Experience in developing new Intellectual Property opportunities is highly advantageous.
  8. Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
