Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our appraisal services team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple complex projects and work streams, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and root cause evaluation, ensuring effective project execution.
  • Apply strong financial knowledge to manage project budgets and P&Ls.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance appraisal services.
  • Communicate effectively with various audiences through written and oral presentations, training materials, and training sessions.
  • Analyze complex problems and develop strategic solutions.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple work streams and projects simultaneously.
  • Maintain and apply industry expertise, recommending new approaches to senior leadership as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with appraisal and tax industry standards, rules, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • BS/BA degree in Business, Mathematics/Statistics, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Appraisal/Assessor certifications required; PMP certification preferred.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and work streams simultaneously.
  • Proficient experience with CAMA computer systems and complex statistical models.
  • At least 10 years of appraisal service experience, including mass appraisal, reappraisal, new construction, and cost market valuations.
  • Excellent knowledge of commercial and residential cost systems.
  • Strong initiative, interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a proven track record of prioritizing and executing multiple priorities and work streams.
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills, including hiring, supervising, coaching, mentoring, and developing staff.
