About the Role

Cryo Technologies, a Chart Industries Company, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Allentown, PA. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all stages of the job, from initial proposal development to successful start-up and performance test.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial and administrative requirements of projects
  • Direct and coordinate project personnel to ensure timely completion and budget adherence
  • Lead project teams and technical disciplines throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate project activities to comply with design codes, safety regulations, and government agencies
  • Review and apply project specifications to engineering, design, and fabrication efforts
  • Coordinate with finance and legal groups regarding accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing
  • Manage customer and internal documents through the Document Management System
  • Responsible for cost control, cost forecasting, planning/scheduling, change management, and reporting on projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 10 years of hands-on project management experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and project management software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment
  • Proven leadership, management, supervisory, and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience working with Industry Standard Codes (ASME, B31, AISC, ASTM, AWS, OSHA) and international equivalents
  • Industrial fabrication or construction experience
  • Understanding of engineering disciplines and cryogenic gas processing
