We provide consummate cyber security risk management "as a service" platform across multiple fabrics and centers. We have responsibility to ensure operational IT capabilities provide the client with necessary timeliness, accuracy, and security of information demanded from all our highly professional roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive, technical systems integration support to fast-paced operational projects.
  • Benefit from knowledge of software development, systems, and enterprise architecture, software engineering, data engineering/management, and general problem-solving skills.
  • Analyze user needs to determine functional requirements for an enterprise-level IT infrastructure and services project.
  • Perform functional analysis to identify tasks and their relationships.
  • Research, identify, and recommend resources required for task execution and completion.
  • Perform functional modeling based on requirements analysis.
  • Work with technical and operations staff to develop solutions to user requirements.
  • Serve as technical advisor to clients in assigned subject areas, recommends functional changes, and identifies areas for further investigation.
  • Generate recommendations in the form of technical briefings, reports, and other major documents provided to senior-level client personnel.
  • Consult with clients to determine optimum design for assigned projects.
  • Identify emerging relevant technologies that may result in improvements to current processes and systems.
  • Write and update project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials.
  • Perform technical assessments aimed at improving client systems and services delivered.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and lead internal and external technical exchange meetings (TEMs) to clarify project requirements and resolve issues, enabling timely submission of proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards.
  • Participate in special projects as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, training, and work/military experience.
  • 8+ years of related experience.
  • Experience with technical documentation, program-related messaging, and customer deliverables.
  • Experience with customer requirements gathering and understanding of Enterprise IT Infrastructure such as Data Center Management Lifecycle; Desktop Hosting; Unified Communications; End User Device Support; Video & A/V Support.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, client-facing skills.
  • Knowledge of AWS Cloud architecture and services.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development process.
  • Knowledge of Jira (or similar) project management tools.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
  • Knowledge of Azure, Google, and Oracle cloud service offerings.
  • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with active polygraph.
  • Location: Bethesda, MD - On Customer Site.
