Insurance Sales Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at Comparion Insurance Agency. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for building and leveraging a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community to connect members of the local community with insurance solutions to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community
  • Connect members of the local community with insurance solutions to meet their unique needs
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines
