Insurance Agent Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Agent to join our team in our Westborough office. As one of the largest personal lines insurance agencies in the US, Comparion Insurance Agents connect members of their local communities with insurance solutions to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and leverage a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community.
  • Provide consultative insurance expertise to customers and prospects.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services.
Requirements:
  • Previous employment in a sales role where you have successfully turned prospects into customers.
  • A state insurance license or willingness to earn one with training and support in Property & Casualty, and Life.
  • Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
