Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team at Comparion Insurance Agency. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow sales and revenue
* Develop and maintain knowledge of insurance products and services to effectively communicate with clients and meet their needs
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of insurance products and services to clients

Requirements

* Previous experience in sales or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
* Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
