Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Professional to join our team at JP Carroll Roofing. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for running appointments, performing ride-along appointments, conducting inspections, attending sales meetings weekly, training, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run appointments and perform ride-along appointments to meet with customers and assess their roofing needs.
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential roofing issues and provide solutions to customers.
  • Attend sales meetings weekly to stay up-to-date on company sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge in sales and customer service.
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience by providing exceptional service and support.

Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable walking on roofs and carrying ladders.
  • Must be comfortable in customer homes and able to work independently.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to demonstrate mastery of our sales system.
  • Clean driving record and background check required.

Compensation Package:

  • Commission-only compensation package.

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year.
