Responsabilidades
- Apoyo en Contratación e Investigación: Asistir al Director de Reclutamiento y Operaciones en la búsqueda de talento, revisión de currículos, programación de entrevistas y realización de verificaciones de referencias, manteniendo al equipo de recursos humanos y a los gerentes de contratación informados sobre el progreso de la búsqueda.
- Coordinación de Nuevas Contrataciones: Participar en el proceso de incorporación, programando reuniones para nuevos empleados y gestionando verificaciones de I-9.
- Diversidad, Equidad e Inclusión: Colaborar con el Director de DEI en la implementación y avance de estrategias e iniciativas de diversidad, equidad e inclusión, incluyendo esfuerzos de reclutamiento diverso, recopilación y análisis de informes de diversidad, apoyo a asociaciones diversas y contribución a iniciativas de construcción de cultura en toda la agencia.
- Conector de Agencia: Actuar como recurso para el personal de la agencia cuando tengan preguntas o inquietudes sobre procesos de contratación, beneficios o la experiencia general en la empresa.
- Gestión de Documentación y Sistemas: Actualizar el sistema de información de recursos humanos y cuentas de Microsoft con nueva información de empleados, realizando actualizaciones en organigramas y mantenimiento de registros del personal.
- Facilitación del Programa de Pasantías: Participar y eventualmente liderar la contratación para las sesiones de pasantías, coordinando la programación y gestionando la participación en la experiencia.
- Apoyo Administrativo y Análisis de Informes: Realizar informes regulares sobre múltiples iniciativas de la empresa y colaborar con el equipo de recursos humanos para compilar análisis.
Calificaciones
- Experiencia Profesional: Experiencia previa en recursos humanos (DEI, Reclutamiento o Generalista).
- Comunicador Excelente y Reflexivo: Poseer habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita sólidas y la capacidad de conectar con una fuerza laboral diversa.
- Curiosidad y Habilidad Tecnológica: Comodidad con la Suite de Microsoft y curiosidad general hacia la tecnología, con experiencia o interés en utilizar sistemas de información de recursos humanos, ATS y sistemas de datos de encuestas.
