Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (with occasional Saturday hours as required)

Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Manager:

  • Verify all incoming shipments for accuracy before accepting responsibility.
  • Guide, mentor, and supervise warehouse personnel.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics related to delivery efficiency.
  • Collaborate with scheduling teams to optimize delivery routes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and communicate training needs to the safety team.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for all items taken or returned.
  • Ensure job packages are complete and verified by warehouse associates.
  • Confirm that all packages are fully prepared for staging prior to delivery.
  • Oversee morning loadouts to ensure efficiency.
  • Ensure timely receipt of material requests from crew leaders.
  • Conduct daily inventory assessments and quarterly audits.
  • Manage fleet maintenance in coordination with the corporate Fleet Manager.
  • Assist in managing vendor relationships for operational needs.
  • Complete all necessary management reporting.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in warehouse and shipping areas.
  • Ensure proper labeling and organization of warehouse sections.
  • Be prepared to perform various warehouse roles as needed.
  • Coordinate staging and scheduling of deliveries.
  • Build relationships with operations staff to achieve warehouse goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications for the Warehouse Manager:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations at all levels.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate various vehicles and equipment, with certification as required.
  • Experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Preferred: 7+ years of relevant Warehouse Management experience.
  • Preferred: Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
  • Must comply with company screening processes.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to utilize close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.
