Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • 7+ years of direct management experience in logistics, fulfillment, or distribution.
  • Proven ability to deliver results in high-pressure environments.
  • Experience with performance metrics and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication abilities in both local language and English.
  • Experience managing third-party resources and contingent workforce.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required by business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain composure under pressure.
