Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with occasional Saturday hours as required.

Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Manager:
  • Verify all incoming shipments for accuracy prior to acceptance.
  • Guide, mentor, and supervise the warehouse team.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics for delivery efficiency.
  • Collaborate with scheduling teams to coordinate delivery runs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols among warehouse staff.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for all materials handled.
  • Confirm completeness of job packages upon arrival and prior to dispatch.
  • Oversee the staging of deliveries to ensure readiness for the following day.
  • Manage morning loadout processes to meet established time standards.
  • Ensure timely submission of material requests from crew leaders.
  • Conduct daily inventory assessments and quarterly audits.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance with the Fleet Manager.
  • Support management in vendor relations for operational needs.
  • Prepare and submit required management reports.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in warehouse and shipping areas.
  • Ensure proper labeling and organization of warehouse sections.
  • Be prepared to assist in various warehouse roles as needed.
  • Plan and schedule delivery routes effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with operations personnel to meet warehouse goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and policies.
  • Exceptional supervisory and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate various vehicles and equipment, including Forklifts.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
  • Preferred: 7+ years of relevant Warehouse Management experience.
  • Preferred: Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
  • Must comply with company screening processes.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to engage in various physical activities such as standing, walking, and climbing.
  • Ability to utilize close and distance vision for operational tasks.
