POSITION SUMMARY

The role of the Testing Technician encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including:
  • Conducting thorough testing and evaluation of coiled tubing, nitrogen, snubbing, and fluid pumping apparatus along with associated components.
  • Participating in contract assessments, which involve;
  • Analyzing test protocols,
  • Executing hydrostatic tests,
  • Reviewing, supervising, and conducting final assembly and functional performance inspections, in addition to final shipment evaluations.
  • The Testing Technician must possess the capability to execute comprehensive functional testing and documentation for all produced equipment, along with customer acceptance evaluations.
  • Additional tasks may be assigned by Management as necessary.
  • Adhering to all organizational health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures.
  • Accountable for complying with all relevant company and corporate policies, procedures, and programs, including but not limited to process mapping, support processes, and safety and environmental standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the operation and testing of coiled tubing, nitrogen, snubbing, and fluid pumping equipment.
  • Physical requirements include walking, lifting weights of 5 lbs or more, bending, standing, and working at heights.
