POSITION SUMMARY

The responsibilities of the Testing Technician encompass the following:
  • Conducting thorough testing and evaluation of coiled tubing, nitrogen, snubbing, and fluid pumping apparatus and associated components.
  • Participating in contract assessments, which include:
  • Analyzing testing protocols,
  • Executing hydrostatic tests,
  • Reviewing, overseeing, and conducting final assembly and functional performance inspections, along with final shipment evaluations.
  • The Testing Technician role necessitates the capability to perform comprehensive functional assessments and documentation of all manufactured equipment, as well as customer acceptance evaluations.
  • Additional tasks as assigned by Management, as necessary.
  • Adhering to all organizational health, safety, and environmental regulations and protocols.
  • Accountable for following all relevant company and corporate policies, procedures, and programs, including but not limited to process mapping, support processes, and safety and environmental standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in operating and testing coiled tubing, nitrogen, snubbing, and fluid pumping equipment.
  • Physical requirements include walking, lifting 5 lbs or more, bending, standing, and working at heights.
