Job Overview

Position Summary: We are looking for a committed professional to assist in various operational processes within a vibrant contract manufacturing environment. Core Responsibilities:

  • Execute safety, capacity, compliance, and performance evaluations on a range of products.
  • Assess and analyze specific components and elements of products.
  • Compile and prepare detailed reports based on testing outcomes and data.
  • Provide informed recommendations and insights to stakeholders.
  • Regularly maintain and service laboratory and testing apparatus.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to review findings and explore potential enhancements.
  • Modify and adapt testing protocols as required.
  • Communicate findings and consult with senior management.
  • Report and address issues through appropriate channels.
  • Suggest technical and procedural improvements to enhance testing methodologies.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None.

Required Qualifications:

  • An associate degree or a technical school certification is preferred.
  • Two years of relevant experience may substitute for formal education.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least two years of practical experience in automated assembly processes, including SMT, through-hole, adhesive dispensing, automated assembly, or ultrasonic welding.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize processes and effectively manage automated equipment.
  • Strong dedication to achieving excellence and success.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed, and challenging start-up atmosphere.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
