Job Overview

Building Maintenance Specialist

The Chisholm Group LLC is in search of a Building Maintenance Specialist to support our operations across various sites. In this role, you will handle a range of maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, electrical work, lighting adjustments, painting, filter replacements, ceiling tile changes, and other preventative maintenance duties.

Ideal candidates will possess over 2 years of experience in building maintenance, with a preference for those who have demonstrated leadership capabilities. This position provides a unique opportunity to enhance the upkeep and functionality of multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Valid Texas Driver License.
  • At least 1 year of experience in building maintenance, ideally within retail and commercial environments.
  • Experience in performing preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, painting, filters, coils, and other building systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to promptly address service requests with exceptional customer service and accurately document maintenance activities.
  • Physical capability to frequently walk stairs, climb ladders, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Employment Type: Direct hire
  • Salary: Commensurate with experience
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (occasional weekends may be required)
