Position Summary: As a Retail Operations Leader, you will oversee the store's team members and drive the overall performance of the location. Collaborating closely with your Assistant Manager, you will ensure your team meets sales objectives while delivering friendly and enthusiastic customer service.

  • Manage all store operations, including opening and closing duties, handling returns/store credits, scheduling, and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales management, product sales, or customer service, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
  • Proven ability to lead a results-driven team.
  • Strong background in training, motivating, and holding team members accountable.
  • Familiarity with computer systems (MS Excel) and POS systems.
  • A proactive approach to delivering personalized retail experiences.
  • A passion for motorcycle riding or knowledge of the riding community is highly desirable.
