Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Engineer to join our team. As a Construction Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in the success of our projects, working closely with our team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Project Coordination
- Assist in the coordination of project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and other team members to ensure that projects are progressing according to plan.
- Site Management
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of site-specific safety plans and protocols.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed project records, including project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, subcontractors, and teammates.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project engineering or a related field.
- Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
