Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure work is carried out in compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Plan and schedule work sequences in line with project requirements.
  • Inspect and review work performed by the crew and correct any deviations.
  • Perform tasks related to excavation, mass grading, and asphalt operations.
  • Prepare daily reports detailing work done, resources utilized, and any issues encountered.
  • Resolve any problems that may arise during construction.
  • Train and mentor crew members to foster a high-performance team.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in excavation, mass grading, and asphalt operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction operations and equipment.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different job sites.
