Job Summary:

ProEnergy Services is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager - Contracts to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and negotiate contracts with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to analyze market trends and customer needs to inform commercial strategies.
  • Work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance with corporate requirements and industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain commercial databases and reports to track key performance indicators.
  • Support the development of proposals and bids to secure new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial contract and proposal development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
