Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in identifying their financial objectives and contribute to the organization's success by suggesting additional products and services.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to refer clients for loans, investments, insurance, and other exceptional services provided by the bank.
  • Develop a foundational understanding of the banking sector and help achieve branch targets across various categories, including deposits and loans.
  • Establish trusting relationships with individuals in the communities we serve.
  • Actively participate in and advocate for community development and prosperity.
  • Process customer transactions promptly, efficiently, courteously, and professionally.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, resolve inquiries effectively, and ensure follow-through with clients.

This position emphasizes acquiring general banking knowledge and mastering routine transactions, including account openings. A background in customer service and familiarity with Windows applications are essential for this role.
