Bilingual Sales Executive for Educational Services

Role Overview:
A significant portion of our clientele communicates primarily in Mandarin. We are therefore in need of a director who can effectively engage and support these families and students during consultations, as well as collaborate with tutors and staff. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in sales and be comfortable working with individuals, families, and community organizations.
Position Details:
This is a full-time hybrid sales position. While some in-office presence is required, the schedule is flexible, accommodating weekend and evening hours as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to inquiries from various sources including website, phone calls, and referrals.
- Engage with clients through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, WeChat, or video conferencing.
- Establish partnerships with community organizations, schools, and corporations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and existing clients.
- Effectively communicate our services and program offerings.
- Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Proactively solicit leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Accurately forecast weekly sales and revenue.
- Ensure thorough follow-through on the sales process.
- Maintain the highest ethical standards in all interactions.
- Communicate fluently in both Mandarin and English.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in intangible sales, preferably in education, fitness, or healthcare.
- Experience in the K-12 education sector, particularly with Asian families and community groups, is highly desirable.
- Ability to balance exceptional customer service with proactive sales techniques.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Proven track record of meeting outbound call volume, interview, and enrollment quotas.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Commitment to high ethical standards.
- Familiarity with WeChat is a plus.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Proximity to our tutoring centers is preferred.
Compensation:
- Base salary ranging from $45,000 to $60,000, based on experience.
- Opportunities for monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses, potentially adding 30-50% or more to the base salary.
