Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and addressing inquiries with professionalism.
  2. Respond promptly to client requests and resolve inquiries in a courteous manner.
  3. Ensure all customer interactions are handled with care, adhering to company policies, and escalate issues as necessary.
  4. Maintain accurate records of client communications in the internal CRM system.
  5. Utilize sales and customer service expertise to inform clients about Qood's products and services.
  6. Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and loyalty.
  7. Promote and upsell products and services to optimize sales opportunities.
  8. Educate clients through effective communication to enhance their understanding of offerings.
  9. Investigate and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.
  10. Collaborate closely with team members to ensure client satisfaction.
  11. Follow up with clients regarding their needs and treatment progress.
  12. Assist in scheduling appointments for clients.
  13. Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client requirements efficiently.
  14. Support the training of new staff to uphold high service standards.
  15. Report weekly to the Customer Success Manager on client engagement and service metrics.
  16. Conduct face-to-face interactions with clients, providing recommendations and skincare knowledge.
  17. Oversee point-of-sale operations and manage daily opening and closing procedures.
  18. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the service area.
  19. Perform administrative duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Professional certification in any field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a related industry.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Well-groomed and presentable.
  • Digitally savvy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Experience Level: Junior level

Must-Have Skills: Professional certification in any specialization

Nice to Have Skills: Three years of experience in a related field
