Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and addressing inquiries with professionalism.
- Respond promptly to client requests and resolve inquiries in a courteous manner.
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled with care, adhering to company policies, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications in the internal CRM system.
- Utilize sales and customer service expertise to inform clients about Qood's products and services.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Promote and upsell products and services to optimize sales opportunities.
- Educate clients through effective communication to enhance their understanding of offerings.
- Investigate and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure client satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients regarding their needs and treatment progress.
- Assist in scheduling appointments for clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client requirements efficiently.
- Support the training of new staff to uphold high service standards.
- Report weekly to the Customer Success Manager on client engagement and service metrics.
- Conduct face-to-face interactions with clients, providing recommendations and skincare knowledge.
- Oversee point-of-sale operations and manage daily opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Perform administrative duties as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Professional certification in any field.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a related industry.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Digitally savvy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Experience Level: Junior level
Must-Have Skills: Professional certification in any specialization
Nice to Have Skills: Three years of experience in a related field
