Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at BlackHawk Industrial Operating Co. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing and new customer relationships to meet and/or exceed company sales revenue and profit objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 2-5 years' experience in a similar position required in industrial sales
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
