Position Overview:

At IPS, your expertise and dedication will contribute significantly to the development of state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and animal health sectors.

We are in search of a proactive Lead Electrical Construction Supervisor who possesses a steadfast commitment to safety and excellence to become a vital part of our Project Delivery and Construction team.

Your role will encompass overseeing construction site operations, managing trade partners, and directing daily field activities. You will be instrumental in monitoring work progress, managing subcontractor labor, and ensuring seamless coordination among various trades. Your attention to detail will guarantee that all subcontractor and vendor tasks are executed safely and adhere to contractual obligations.

Your contributions will extend to the formulation and upkeep of preconstruction, construction, and closeout execution plans; project scopes of work; budgets; and timelines.

Moreover, you will cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the project budget related to assigned trades and identify any discrepancies throughout the project lifecycle. When modifications are necessary, you will prepare change control documentation. You will also ensure that all submittals comply with project specifications and are appropriately distributed, reviewed, and archived.

Additional responsibilities will include conducting constructability assessments, reviewing vendor and subcontractor invoices, and evaluating payment requests in relation to the project schedule.

As the Lead Supervisor, you will provide daily updates on site conditions and review job safety analysis documentation. You will maintain regular communication with clients on-site, attentively addressing their needs while exemplifying the IPS commitment to client satisfaction.

By fostering strong relationships, you will collaborate with clients to deliver effective solutions, all while contributing to the construction of facilities that have a meaningful impact on lives.

Experience engaging directly with clients on-site.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or an equivalent technical qualification.

Familiarity with pharmaceutical, biotech, and/or animal health facilities.
