Position Overview:

  • Oversee and manage teams engaged in the setup or maintenance of electrical infrastructures.
  • Act as the lead supervisor on smaller-scale construction assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for all field trades associated with electrical construction projects.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager on estimating and take-off processes.
  • Develop work schedules and resource allocation charts.
  • Guide subordinate teams in the installation of electrical systems.
  • Assess work performance and timelines in accordance with project pace.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and crew performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Prior experience in leading teams and serving as a foreman.
