About the Role

This is a full-time, non-exempt position based in Fairbanks, Alaska. The pay range is between $21.00 to $27.18 per hour, depending on experience. Eligible candidates may receive up to $6,600 in incentive pay with an average of $2,500.

We offer competitive benefits, including two healthcare options for employees and their dependent children, five weeks of PTO in the first year, and eight weeks after that. Other benefits include 401k with immediate vesting and up to 5% match, four percent automatic contribution by AKBH, and more.
