Your Role: We are seeking a dynamic and inclusive leader to join our team as the Senior Human Resources Leader. This role will utilize extensive HR knowledge to consult on various priorities, including workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and enhancing the associate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead talent initiatives, focusing on performance management, talent assessment, succession planning, and recognition.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to design and implement HR processes and metrics that meet associate needs.
  • Manage comprehensive change management strategies and initiatives.
  • Conduct and oversee associate relations investigations, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up.
  • Champion a culture of inclusion, creating a safe environment for diverse perspectives.

What You Bring:

  • Proven ability to build relationships, coach, and inspire teams while driving results.
  • Capacity to act as a change agent, adapting quickly to evolving business needs.
  • Strong initiative with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Passion for developing talent at all organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of relevant HR laws and regulations, with experience in conducting investigations and handling sensitive information.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in presentations and facilitation.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in both corporate and multi-unit retail environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems; experience with Workday is a plus.
  • A strong commitment to a customer-centric business approach.
