Compensation begins at $(phone number removed) annually, complemented by a monthly training incentive of $750. **Pay is contingent upon location, experience, and qualifications.

*Monthly incentives post-training fluctuate based on restaurant profitability.

Your Role at Raising Cane's:


The Restaurant Operations Manager is accountable for assisting the Restaurant Leader in the daily operations of the restaurant and maintaining Raising Cane's standards and culture across all facets of restaurant management.


The physical work environment entails functioning in a fast-paced kitchen setting (which necessitates prolonged periods of physical activity, such as walking, standing, lifting, and bending) and engaging with customers.

This role also involves both indoor and outdoor tasks in varying temperatures, working with and around food products, common allergens, industrial equipment, and commercial cleaning supplies that require the use of personal protective equipment, as well as physical activities essential to fulfilling job responsibilities.

Purpose of the Position:
Recruits and terminates all hourly, non-management team members.

Oversees the onboarding, status change, and payroll processes for all hourly team members.

Develops team member work and training schedules.

Manages the performance of all hourly team members (e.g., development, coaching, corrective communication, documentation, and other performance management tasks).

Acts as the manager on duty and oversees the opening and closing of the restaurant.

Handles cash management and ensures accountability.

General Responsibilities:
Enforces Raising Cane's policies and standards.

Conducts shift management in alignment with Raising Cane's operational and safety standards.

Utilizes required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document outcomes, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Assigns team members during a shift.

Delivers exceptional customer service.

Implements reward and recognition programs for team members in the restaurant.

Authorizes employee functions requiring managerial approval (e.g., discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides, etc.).

Ensures the cleanliness of the restaurant and that the facility is well-maintained.

Completes additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Requirements for Success:
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities that may be constantly evolving.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.

Capable of recognizing and analyzing issues, setting goals, creating plans, and executing those plans to resolve problems.

Proficient in various technology systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems swiftly.

Able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, and travel as required for work-related functions and training.

3+ years of experience in restaurant or retail management.

Experience with new restaurant openings is preferred.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.

Possess a valid driver's license.
