About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Jimmy John's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restaurant Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has an exceptional experience, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that the restaurant is always fully stocked and ready to serve.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a related field.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management Skills: Strong financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and costs.
