Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure consistency and quality in our food products
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, verifying product quality and quantity
  • Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Manage budgets and timesheets, scheduling staff hours and assigning duties to optimize food usage and preparation
  • Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations, maintaining accurate records as required
  • Establish and evaluate performance standards for personnel and customer service
  • Review work procedures and operational issues to identify areas for improvement
  • Perform food preparation or service tasks as needed, maintaining food and equipment inventories and records
  • Organize and direct worker training programs, resolving personnel matters and evaluating employee performance
  • Order and purchase equipment and supplies, arranging for maintenance and repairs
  • Utilize point of sale cash register, counting money and making bank deposits
  • Adhere to company opening and closing procedures, maintaining accompanying records
Requirements
  • Customer Service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including needs assessment, quality standards, and customer satisfaction evaluation
  • Administration and Management: Knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and leadership techniques
  • Supply Chain: Knowledge of raw materials, supply processes, quality control, costs, and distribution techniques
  • Personnel and Human Resources: Knowledge of personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation, and benefits, labor relations, and negotiation
  • Sales and Marketing: Knowledge of marketing strategy, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
  • Communication: Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
  • Active Listening: Ability to give full attention to others, understand points being made, ask questions, and avoid interrupting
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches, and choose the most appropriate one
  • Mathematics: Ability to use mathematics to solve problems
  • Monitoring: Ability to monitor performance of yourself, others, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed
  • Operation, Monitoring and Control: Ability to control operations of equipment and systems, monitoring equipment to ensure proper operation
  • Operations Analysis: Ability to analyze operational needs of the business and adjust accordingly
