Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate activities related to preventative maintenance, service, repair, and replacement of systems, including electrical, heating, cooling, mechanical, fire suppression systems, and irrigation systems.
  • Ensure the security and safety of executive staff and residents by conducting background checks and enforcing safety protocols.
  • Assist with event setup and dismantle, including traditional, seasonal, and scheduled events.
  • Obtain bids for replacement of items needed in the residence related to maintenance, repairs, service, interior and exterior work, yard maintenance, and plantings.
  • Work with executive staff to ensure the smooth operation of the residence and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • At least 5 years of full-time experience in building maintenance and operations.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with executive staff or higher-level officials/administrators.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with executive and senior leadership, agency management, staff, vendors, and building tenants.
