Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Oversight:
- Direct the planning, coordination, and implementation of mechanical piping and plumbing projects within commercial HVAC frameworks.
- Create comprehensive project timelines, milestones, and financial plans.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other contractors to ensure the seamless integration of HVAC systems with the overall project design.
- Team Management:
- Lead and supervise project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Ensure that all team members are focused on project objectives and deadlines.
- Provide direction, mentorship, and support to the project team to cultivate a cooperative work atmosphere.
- Client Engagement:
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Guarantee that all work complies with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Conduct routine site evaluations to ensure quality assurance and adherence to project specifications.

- Financial Oversight:
- Track project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial objectives are achieved.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks that could affect project costs or timelines.
- Authorize project-related invoices and manage change orders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- PMP Certification is advantageous.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of project management experience in the mechanical piping/plumbing sector, particularly in commercial HVAC projects.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale commercial initiatives.
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical piping, and plumbing.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Capability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., LEED, ASHRAE, etc.) are highly desirable.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
