  • Team Management:

  • Financial Oversight:
  • Track project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial objectives are achieved.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks that could affect project costs or timelines.
  • Authorize project-related invoices and manage change orders as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • PMP Certification is advantageous.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of project management experience in the mechanical piping/plumbing sector, particularly in commercial HVAC projects.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale commercial initiatives.
  • Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical piping, and plumbing.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Licenses/Certifications:
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., LEED, ASHRAE, etc.) are highly desirable.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
