Job Summary

Charlotte Mechanical is seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, superintendents, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Manage project teams, including purchasing, change orders, RFI's, plan updates, and document control.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
Requirements
  • Experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
