Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all HVAC construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed within the given timeline and budget.
  • Coordinate with the construction team to ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure that all expenses are within the allocated budget.
  • Ensure that all safety regulations and standards are met on all job sites in coordination with the Safety Manager.
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project management.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
