Tekberry is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team, working with a leading electronics manufacturer. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy access to comprehensive health benefits.

Role Responsibilities:

The Project Manager for Aerospace and Defense Custom Solutions will oversee the successful delivery of projects, which includes:

  • Conducting requirement and design evaluations
  • Managing schedules and resource allocations
  • Identifying and mitigating risks
  • Overseeing product development, integration, testing, and post-delivery support

Additionally, you will collaborate with the business development team to create precise and persuasive proposals aimed at securing new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Engineering discipline is essential
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with team members and clients
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and adaptability to a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VISIO, Access, Outlook, and Project) is required
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Applications Engineering, Product Management, or Product Development
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Project or Program Manager
  • PMP certification is advantageous
  • Experience in the Aerospace & Defense sector is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with RF and testing systems is beneficial
  • Experience in developing tailored testing solutions is a plus
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen due to customer requirements
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance for specific contract needs
